Hazelwood Villas Condominium Association, Inc. is a Florida not‑for‑profit corporation serving the residences at 1720 Murrell Rd. in Rockledge. Our purpose is to protect property values, care for shared spaces, and foster a friendly, respectful neighborhood. The board, supported by owner volunteers, oversees budgets, maintenance, and community standards so daily life runs smoothly.  Hazelwood Villas is more than a set of buildings, it’s a community of neighbors, and this site is your hub for staying connected.
